What's New for 2019?
The Veloster has been completely redesigned for this new model year in the Cary area. This means that you'll get new features, a more powerful engine, a smooth ride, and more for you to love. You'll enjoy the new engine, refreshed style, and of course all the modern technology and safety features you want like forward collision warning and wireless phone charging.
Performance
Powering your new Veloster in the Apex area is a 147-horsepower four-cylinder base engine standard, though you have a couple options to pick from for more power. Upper trim levels feature a 201-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine that brings all the power and performance you want. While the base engine will move you with ease, if you're looking for more thrills the upgraded four-cylinder will bring a tingle when you step on the pedal.
Later this year, we expect to see a new Veloster N to join the lineup and will feature an even more powerful engine.
Technology
Each new Veloster comes standard with a long list of technology and safety features for you in Morrisville. You'll get standard goodies like a 7-inch touchscreen display, two USB ports, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, a rearview camera, and more. You'll also find standard forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, driver drowsiness monitoring, lane keep assist, and more in Wake Forest.
Available tech features include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, and an upgraded infotainment system. You can equip your new Veloster with wireless phone charging, navigation, an 8-inch touchscreen, an Infinity sound system, and more.
